EDU PASSION 2019: Agranasta

On Thursday, 24th March 2019 SMA Negeri 3 Bandung held an event Edu Passion that called "Agranasta". This event is an event awaited by high school students, especially 12th grade students. There are many university stands from various regions in Indonesia which is definitely a favorite university in Indonesia. Not only university stand, but also there are so many food and drink stand. But, if you want to buy, you have totrade your money with coupon.

This event is open for public.  Not only high school 3 students come, but students from other high schools also come to visit the university stand here. Beside there is a university stand, there are also several classes here where several universities present their respective majors.

During the event, me and my friends visited many university stands. We visited UGM, UNPAR, ITB, UNPAD, POLBAN, BINUS, ITENAS, UI, STAN, and many more. We talked and interviewing the university stand. After strolling around, we visited a RBL stand for the end. We talked a lot. They tells us a lot about their experiences at RBL.

1^st Group

Topic: Human contact makes orangutan dies

Pro:

·         People who visit orangutan may bring diseases for them

·         There should be a minimum distance for visitors

Contra:

·         The diseases don’t always come from visitors

·         It’s impossible to keep distance from orangutan because there are up to 5000 orangutans out there.

3^rd Group

Topic: Early Marriage

Pro:

·         The couple will grow old together and their love will be immortal

·         The early marriage avoids free sex

Contra

·         The couple isn’t ready, biologically and economically

·         “sex” for children causes cervical cancer.

4^th Group

Topic:  man-eating snakes

Pro:

·         Police should clean up the habitat of snakes because snakes will reproduce and kill another human

·          

Contra:

·         Snakes just follow their instinct

·         People bother their habitat, so the snakes got angry and kill human

5^th Group

Topic: Psychology test for driving license

Pro:

·         Psychology test is just formality

·         There is no such thing as psychology test because people can buy the test

Contra:

·         Psychology test is very important

·         It is needed to check driver’s mental health

6^th Group

Topic: Community for transgender women

Pro:

·         The community is needed to improve their confidence

·         The community helps transgender

Contra:

·         Their identity doesn’t match both male and females

·         Transgenders are not grateful for their lives

7^th Group

Topic: School Zonation

Pro:

·         There is a lot benefit of school zonation

·         The benefits are; the students won’t be tired; the parents won’t waste much money; the parents can control their children easily

Contra:

·         It isn’t fair for student who lives far from the city.

·         The students must’ve known the consequences for taking school that far from their house, so it doesn’t matter for them.

8^th Group

Topic: Green project for Asian Games is less maximum

Pro:

·         The green project should focus on other area, such as Sumatera, not only in Jakarta

Contra:

·         The government can’t prepare green project in short period.

Sungha Jung, The Best Guitarist

Sungha Jung is a South Korean guitar sensation who is extremely popular on YouTube. With over 4.5 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, he is now one of the very few South Korean celebrities who have made it big on the international social media scenario. His love for guitar comes from his father who played the instrument in his leisure time. His fascination with the guitar started when he was in third grade and the guitar was bigger than him. Sangha was attracted by the music the instrument created and his love soon turned into a passion. Now, as a young man, he has evolved into a true guitarist. His scintillating cover of the theme song of ‘The Pirates of the Caribbean,’ in which he used the fingerstyle technique, has impressed his fans worldwide. Sangha’s fan list includes big names like Yoko Ono, John Lennon’s widow, who often browses his YouTube channel to listen to his fascinating music.

Sungha was born in Chenongju, the capital of the Northern Province of South Korea in a middle-class family on September 2, 1996. His family includes his parents, Jung Woo-Chang and Park Eun Joo, his younger sister, Sooha, and his dog, Coco. He was home-schooled as he became too busy with music even before the completion of his school life.

Sungha Jung became passionate about guitar when he was in primary school. His father Jung Woo-Chang was an amateur guitarist and that attracted the little boy to the instrument even though he was not able to hold a guitar then. Strings were painful for his soft fingers. Sungha’s father then introduced him to the fingerstyle technique of plucking the strings directly with fingertips and Sungha rocked it. Later he took professional lessons from Japanese Jazz Guitarist Hata Shuji. 

Currently he is learning and practicing drum.

His first album ‘Perfect Blue’ was released on 17 June 2010 when Sangha was merely 14 years old. In 2011 and 2013, he released his second and third albums—‘Irony’ and ‘Paint It Acoustic’ respectively. The mentor and motivator behind these three albums was German Guitarist Ulli Bogershausen.
